The corporate ownership has been held by the present owners since 1967 and has maintained it’s office at 119 Central Avenue, Salinas, California since 1970.
Over the past 48 years, we have been responsible for the planning, design, and layout of well over fifty percent of all new subdivision growth in the City of Salinas and the Salinas Valley towns of Gonzales, Soledad, Greenfield, and King City. Additionally, we have designed the civil portion of many commercial and industrial developments in the area.
